Blaine County Regional Police Pack

 

Finally I've created a pack that I'm happy to release. This is my first pack, and is based off various Canadian Police Departments.

Information:

The snowy season is nearly upon us, and I got the vibe for some snow ready vehicles. And when I thought of snow, I thought Canada, and when I thought Canada, I thought producing lore friendly vehicles with a fictional lightbar. 

 

The vehicles feature a hybrid lightbar, including halogen and LED lights, and two vehicles with arrow boards.

 

This pack contains:

  • 2011 CVPI
  • 2016 Ford Taurus 
  • 2016 Ford Taurus with arrow board
  • 2016 Ford Explorer
  • 2016 Ford Explorer with arrow board

 

Features: 
• Two different light bar textures: Clear and coloured
• CVPI and FPIS have optional rambars (extra_12)
• ELS activated arrowboard

• Two packs: one with a middle white rotor, one without. 

• Optional 2k or 4k textures

 

TO ACTIVATE THE ARROW BOARD, USE ALT+[ (Default keys).

These vehicles are not based of any specific police department, not a specific police departments equipment. Please don't comment on it being inaccurate or whatever. It's not meant to be.

Known Bugs:

  • The ELS controlled arrowboard may cause crashes if used in the Video Editor. Only seems to occur when the arrow board is active.
  • The arrowboard may reset without keys being pressed, simply use the keys to bring it back down and then it'll work normally.

    Im new to adding modded cars........ but would i put the actual folders in vehicles.rpf or just the files inside also is this the right directory im meant to go through

    mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday16ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

    Toronto for the light bar, and London for the skin. 

     

    I might do a Lore York pack somewhere down the line

    I have been modding GTA V for a couple of months and have gone through plenty of different vehicle models but this time I have no clue. It has my old model and this one fixed together and it just falls apart. Please help thank you. I can show you a picture if that would help.

    Hey there, the rotators on the cars aren't working for me. All the other lights work perfectly fine except for the rotators which only has the blue light on/solid and not turning. It was working fine before.

    Well, first of all.

    It's something special with the lightbar and the board.

    But the board isn't setup correctly.

    I can't direct traffic from left to right, because it doesn't support this feature.

    Also, maximum only two arrow's flash from right to left.

    The third one doesn't work.

    The models itself are not perfect but usable.

    In the future i'd like to see an update on the boards.

    It will support this feature, as each arrow is a separate entity. 

    Try changing the secondary lights section in ELS to 'leds' and sticking it on 122.

    Okay, i tried it and it worked pretty good.

    But what's with the arrow's from left to right?

    Might be an issue with the way their set up. I might go back and fix that when I find the time.

    @Jedahdiah hey I was talking to Kallus Rourke and was hoping maybe you still had a copy of the blue textures you had given him? Sadly his mods folder was corrupted at one point so he doesn't have a copy saved.. If your busy bud don't worry about it but if you find the time id really like a copy if you have em

    I don’t anymore I’m afraid. My hard drive corrupted and I lost them. I’m working on a new pack that (if I remember) will come with various colour options and has a similar light bar to the one in this pack. :)

    @FlasH5569 Hey i made mine all blue but its been a few months and i recently deleted abunch of stuff because some how ive managed to fill up my 1tb hd and my 2Tb external with junk lol so just last week i deleted a lot of old lspdfr downloads and files. Ill check tonight and if i find it i can send it to you. I'm pissed because i deleted car packs and just noticed some have been taken down by the creators, like some of Toys and some others.

    Please don’t distribute my packs or stuff without my permission. It says it above and in the ReadMe. 

     

    Especially because I’ve already said I’m working on a new pack which will offer various light bar colours, including all blues.

    Hey Jedahdiah i'm loving your car's so much. Especially the light bar, thats a awesome setup you have made. But i cant do prisoner transport with the taurus :/ it beheads my arrestee's

    Could you take a look? Possibly Sink him into the cushion :P its only a problem with male peds, females usually don't stick through.
