@Lieutenant Dan I agree that it needs work but this is better than most first time textures I see, it's unnecessary to just say "Why".

Absolutely better than a lot of first time textures I see on this site. I really like the design,  fonts, and colors you've decided to use. With some more work and effort it would be an awesome car. Shame you decided to half ass it though.
