I'm getting the Core ELS.asi exception error when downloading a few add on clothes packs. I installed the advanced hook from ELS 1.05. Only a few add on packs are causing this issue.. Has anyone else experienced this?

hola no se si a alguien mas le a pasado pero desde la ultima actualización de gtav las luces de los coches vanilla o los de rde no tienen luces solo sirena yo los e usado poniendoles un xml de ELS pero ya no funcionan alguien me podria decir como solucionarlo?

With the latest update to GTAV the CHP patterns have stopped working. When on stage 3, the lights do not flash/alternate on the front of the vehicle. The driver side of the lightbar is steady red, and the passenger side does not work. When I exit the vehicle the lights come on steady burn (as intended). Not sure if this is a pack issue or an ELS issue. Things were working fine before I updated GTA to the latest version, 3788, and made no changes to the xml files since the update.

I have updated ScripthookV(3788), ScripthookVDotNet(2.11.6.0), the modified SSLA on discord (3788) and can not seem to resolve the issue. I have no problems with ELS working correctly on other cars, its specific to the CHP patterns on the cars in the CHP megapack by "theHurk". It appears that other users are having a similar issue reading through the comments for the car pack itself.

I do have it. I've been playing with mods on enhanced. It's just that it's my first time using ELS. I'm getting the AdvanceHookV.dll error though.

it seems to same problem on my one of my vehicle pack ( not CHP) and also it shows one of dodge charger vehicle els stage 1-2 work but when comes stage 3 not working properly ıdk whats the issue

Looks like it’s certain car els models that are doing this like the chp megapack where the front right does not work and left side is steady burn but rear light do flash other els models work fine

That's why I brought it up here, as I looked briefly at the CHP car pack and didn't see anything that would be pack specific. I know just enough to be dangerous with coding so I wanted to get the opinions of the experts here. It is my understanding that the CHP patterns are coded into ELS, not into the car itself - in the XML file where the author would specify "LEDS", "TRAF", etc it has "CHP" Listed and all the patterns set to "0". Is my initial assumption correct that this is by design in ELS? If that is the case, I am not sure changing the model would actually resolve the problem, is that correct? Thank you in advance for helping to resolve this issue!

Does anyone know why I have two keybinds for airhorn and manual siren with ELS? E and Y toggle the horn and R and T do the manual siren. In the ELS.ini only T and Y are binded for these 2 functions.

Sound_Ahorn = 89

Sound_Manul = 84

so i have the latest game version and latest els and it wont work, can someone help?

When ever I load up LSPDFR now with everything updated I get an error message for the ELS asi. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Yes, same is happening to me, did you figure out how to fix it?

I was getting this error after updating "RealTrafficAI", the author of that mod put up a note about a "hotfix" that is coming. Uninstalling the RalTrafficAI 2.0 mod resolved the issue.

Is everyone still having issues with this not working??

If so, do we know if it is actively being updated?

I was able to replicate the error but only with ELS & DLS V2 installed while running RAGEpluginhook. Removed DLS and the error disappeared.

Food for thought.....Both used to work together for me.

There is a lighting issue that appeared in the latest GTA 5 update.

Guys I might've found the solution for the ELS.asi error!

I was fighting against this for hours and all it got from me is to completely delete only the AdvancedHook.dll and reinstall the ELS 1.05, take the AdvancedHookV.dll from there to your game directory and that's it for me. Hope this works for you too!

Correct, the standalone AdvancedHookV.dll does not work with the current game version.

As a side note, if anyone runs into an ELS issue where only the rear brake lights are flashing and no other emergency lights are working, try reinstalling Script Hook V and RageNativeUI. This is a common cause and typically fixes the issue.

ELS and DLS are not designed to run together, as stated on the DLS mod page. Running both simultaneously can lead to conflicts, unexpected behaviour, or lighting issues.

If you're using DLS, make sure ELS is completely removed or disabled before testing. Likewise, if you prefer to use ELS, DLS should not be installed alongside it.

It works perfectly fine. The last update date doesn't really matter in this case, as the mod was designed to work across game versions without requiring frequent updates. In my experience, those are often the best kinds of mods, if they're built well and don't rely on game-version-specific features, they can remain fully functional for years without needing any changes.

Make sure you have Script Hook V, RageNativeUI and the AdvancedHookV.dll within ELS V1.05 not the separate dll.

I'm having an issue with ELS.

After installing ELS, GTA V crashes shortly after launching through RAGE Plugin Hook. The game starts loading, but crashes seconds later i clicked "story mode with rph"

To troubleshoot, I completely removed the ELS files, and the game immediately started working normally again. I have tested this with multiple ELS vehicles, so the issue does not appear to be related to a specific vehicle.
