About This File
**Backup the original model files in case something goes wrong so you can just copy them back over**
**I highly recommend using a mods folder**
***------Please note that for some reason the coding for this model in the .ymt file causes it to become wet after running for a while. It will dry out after a few seconds of standing still. Odd, but worth knowing!------***
I have included the original met officers so you can put them in the police slots you dont play in, this will help it so you dont see the same faces all the time. The ai seem unaffected by the 'getting wet' issue so should be fine. I strongly suggest using 'Officer set 1' files in slots your going to use yourself as a player, the only issue will be the hat slightly clips in the back of the head, which is something that cant be resolved yet. Like i said, its a trade off unfortunately.
Ensure LSPDFR and OpenIV are correctly installed.
Using OpenIV navigate to the location of the model you wish to replace:
Sheriff (s_m_y_sheriff_01) - mods / x64e.rpf / models / cdimages / componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf
Cop (s_m_y_cop_01 ) - mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks / patchday9ng / dlc.rpf / x64 / models / cdimages / patchday9ng.rpf
Highwaycop (s_m_y_hwaycop_01) - mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks / patchday3ng / dlc.rpf / x64 / models / cdimages / patchday3ng.rpf
PrisGuard (s_m_m_prisguard_01) - mods / x64e.rpf / models / cdimages / componentpeds_s_m_m.rpf
Enter EDIT mode and drag and drop the correct files from the download into OpenIV to overwrite them.
Exit EDIT mode to save changes.
You can rename the model files if you want to use them in other slots.
Instructions to install the different skins for TheBritishMightys hats are in 'TheBritishMighty hat skins' folder
I highly recommend using TheBritishMightys hats that come in his mod, they compliment this uniform nicely: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/9723-british-met-police-uniforms/
What's New in Version 1.3
-Added new officer model that shouldnt 'sweat'. Kept 'old' model for force diversity
** I am aware the 'new' models hat clips in through his head a bit at the back, theres nothing that can be done about that until modtools come out. Its a trade off unfortunately, sweat or hatclipping :( **
