[4K] Fort Zancudo Military Police Mini-Livery Package 1.0.0

This is a quick little pack I put together for fun. I don't think I will be adding on to this in the future but not quite sure yet.

For this pack I was able to dig into the GTAV files to find and implement the camo used for the barracks trucks.
