VicPol GD Livery for aidenhalo's Volkswagen Passat Wagon 1.0.0

This is a Victoria Police General Duties livery to be used on aidenhalo's Volkswagen Passat wagon, which was originally an AFP vehicle. Found inside are the replacement YTD files as well as installation instructions etc.

Please note: there is a little glitch with the template that makes some of the checker pattern spill onto the side mirrors. While this is only a minor issue, I will update/fix the livery if the template ever gets fixed.
