NSWPF DT Livery for Officer Scott's BMW 530d 1.0.0

This is a NSWPF Driver Training livery to be used on Scotty's BMW 530d, which was originally a NSW HWP vehicle. Found inside is the replacement YTD file as well as installation instructions etc.
