Blaine County S.O 2014 Dodge Charger Livery 1.0.0

Installation: 

Step 1:  Download this car pack: https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/vehiclemodels/18698-blaine-county-sheriffs-office-pack-els/

Step 2:  Open the .zip file you just downladed.

Step 3: Open the "Vehicles" folder, and then open the "Charger 14'" folder.

Step 4:  Go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday24ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and drag and drop all the "Charger '14" files in there.

Step 5: Right click on the "sheriff.ytd" file and click on edit. (MAKE SURE EDIT MODE IS ON)

Step 6: Open the "Gray_And_White_'14_Charger" file

Step 7: Drag and drop the  "chr2_sign_1.png" file into the sheriff.ytd texture editor window.

Step 8: Click on Ok, and then click on save.

Step 9: Launch GTA and change the vehicle's livery using a trainer until you get the skin you just downloaded.
