This file was made because the previous VSP pack has some very big issues with these skins and thanks to t0y this is the new improved versions of certain skins out of my previous pack that you can find and get more skins for the fire dept, colchester rescue and also more vermont state police vehicle skins.
To install just change the file name to the vehicle texture name that you have it placed under.

twc779 ...For parts of skins for pretty much all of the vermont state police skins
ALL TEMPLATES WERE FOUND IN ORIGINAL DOWNLOAD FILES FOR ALL THE VEHICLES AND PACKS
And I Believe thats if iy you guys can somehow let me know who else needs credit just message me and I will make changes to give everyone the proper credit that they deserve.
