So after first Wake Forest car texture I decided to make Wake Forest entire textures pack for LSPD Vehicles Pack by Captain14. Thanks to Razontex for support. Really appreciate it.

Textures were made from WKPD vehicles.

<------------------------------------- Installation ------------------------------------->

1. Download LSPD Vehicles Pack from LSPDFR.COM 

    3. Launch OpenIV and in edit mode go to:
       Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/lspdpack/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/lspdpack.rpf

    4. Using OpenIV open one of police#.ytd file.

    5. Find texture with word sign in it and choose it.

    6. Press replace button (if there isn't one, turn on Edit mode) and choose exact same name texture from my pack.

    
    7. Repeat steps nr. 4, 5 and 6 with all of the police#.ytd files.

    8. Close OpenIV and enjoy the game. (To spawn vehicle open RagePluginHook console and type police#. E.g. police or police2 and etc.
