Hey guys! thanks for downloading this texture pack! This pack is something i worked on right after releasing my WSP pack. Enjoy! 

Special thanks to Captain14 for making such an awesome pack!

HOW TO INSTALL: 

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CAPTAIN14's PACK INSTALLED AND READY TO GO. (HE UPDATED HIS PACK WITH A FPI, SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THAT VERSION.)

Navigate to: Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > lspdpack > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles > lspdpack.rpf 

Make sure you are on "EDIT MODE" and "IMPORT" each texture to their corresponding vehicles. IF YOU HAVE TO, RENAME THE LAST NUMBER TO THE TEXTURE NUMBER YOU HAVE LATEST. 
(E.G. IF YOU HAVE A "cvpi_sign_1" ALREADY JUST RENAME MY TEXTURE TO "cvpi_sign_2")

I actually did not mean to upload that specific texture as you pointed out it wasn't completed. So yeah, thanks however for the feedback. I will update this to take out that texture!

You have a good base here, good job so far, but there a lot of things wrong as well. The most striking is you have the completely wrong shade of blue, it's not even close. Then there are plenty of little things like you put DPS after Trooper on the CVPI and as you can see below it shouldn't be. You also have the cutout in the line on the CVPI facing upwards and not downward following Highway's curve.

I'd recommend doing a good hard comparison with some images on Google and going over everything again to make everything perfect. Good work getting it this far!
