My first retexture, I enjoy it. Maybe you can too if you possess the desire to? 
The retexture includes realistic decals and a thin blue line flag with the dept patch on the back of the vehicle. Thats about it. Very simple retexture, but its enjoyable. Sharing is caring, there isn't a lot of Wisconsin law enforcement skins on LSPDFR. Let me change that.
