9/11 memorial pack 1.0.0

Yet another Livery Pack for LSPD:FR. Custom 9/11 memorial texture pack.
Unfortunately I did not have time to finish this pack on time.

The pack contains 3 different Ford E450 liveries 1 memorial and 2 with the names of the FDNY's 343 firefighters lost
