2009 Yamaha FJR1300 - British Police 1.0.0

Yet another LSPD:FR Livery. It is the 4K British Police Yamaha FJR1300.

Unfortunately I cannot test it as I dont have the system requirements for LSPD:FR as of yet but I seen a request for this Livery and done it.
