This is my first time creating a skin.  This is the Chester County, South Carolina Sheriff CVPI.  I realize it isn't perfect, but it's not bad either.

This was created for BXBug's 2011 CVPI 1.7U found here - 

To install, just replace an existing texture in the .ytd file using OPENIV or rename this file as vicz_sign_?  (question mark being the number you wish to use).  Save the .ytd file and play.

Original idea came from South Carolina Gaming, but after not being able to use their skin they graciously gave me, I had to create my own from scratch.
Car shown is the BXBugs123 CVPI 1.7U
The only portion of the skin not created by me is the badge on the fenders and license plates. These are taken from actual vehicle images.

For a first texture....Props!Very good. My only complaint is that it isn't 4096X4096! It could of been a lot more higher quality! Still a really good livery though!

For a first texture it's not bad at all. Keep up the work and you will get much better at it, I know when I first started out to now is a major difference. If you don't already try and use photoshop and a key note. Whenever making decals the color you use will appear brighter in game so always make the colors a little bit darker in the program you're using! Good luck.
