Nice try but there are a lot of errors. For starters you are using the wrong fonts, all decals are misplaced and out of scale, you're missing a license plate, there should be nothing on the frame next to both rear windows, and the lines are not to scale and very much in the wrong places. 

not bad, some room for improvement but hey, you gotta start somewhere. 

You've made this in August of 2016 and still haven't fixed it? I understand people have lives but if you're not gonna fix it, hide it from the public (in settings) or something. I don't care about fonts but the light bar isn't the best for the car you're doing. Don't lose hope, just take time when making cars. Always remember when you make a texture or car mod, you're representing someone's state.
