A Los Santos County Sheriff Skin for @Thehurk's 2013 Harley Davidson Electra-Glide Skin.

This texture is setup for a second livery if you would like to change it just change the "2" to a "1". If you would like to add multiple liveries then you need to edit the vehicles.meta and add "FLAG_HAS_LIVERY" to the flags section.

Here(vehicles.txt) is the policeb section of the vehicles meta with the tag to have multiple liveries already included all you have to do is use openiv to edit the vehicles.meta (\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta) and replace the text in the document with the policeb section in the vehicles.meta and then replace the vehicles.meta in openiv.
