Same as Vampyre said. You really should put more effort into your work as if you don't upload good quality files you will not have a good reputation on this website. But 2 stars for the effort, keep improving your files:)

Yet another slapped together skin... while I won't discourage you from making skins or using something like this for your personal use. You should have pride in your work and make sure that it at least looks right before you release it.

When putting something up for release such as a skin it should be close to perfect when you put it up. If you choose to add to or change the skin later is fine, but whatever you have completed should look very good or you're not representing yourself well.
