Kawasaki Traffic Police/Sheriff Bike Upgrade (Replace)(R/B & B/B)

We are coming into the day and age when a lot of departments are upgrading and having a Motor Jockey is an essential unit in the department. Not only are the officers bikes being outfitted with rifles they are also being outfitted with radars and cameras like other traffic units. We decided to build this machine with all the outfittings on it. This is a test bike to see if we will be releasing a line of Emergency Bikes.

Before anyone start complaining these are old vehicles that were in an extra file where I scratched either the project or the vehicles, and these are my old builds.
