Those are templates to make window stickers/change window opacity for the vehicle

HEY MATEY! If you have a trained eye you can actually discover that the template is in fact in the download folder. As it is an arrowxt tower abbreviated by king as axt, the filename is axtt_sign_1.png. Within this file you can see the template and use it to create liveries with a photo manipulation software such as photoshop, gimp, or paint.net.

Within said png file you can actually see, if you have a trained eye of course, that the sides of the vehicle models are labed with "bucket left", "ladder", "bucket right", "top", "back", "front", "bumper", "right", and "left". Please see below for the meanings of each of these
 

• "Bucket Left" the bucket left on the tower  
• "Bucket Right" the bucket right on the tower 
• "top" the top of the tower
• "back" the back of the tower
• "front" the front of the tower
• "bumper" the bumper of the tower
• "right" the right side of the tower
• "left" the left side of the tower

It's a fivem model so no.  It's not in a dlc

You can't.  The only way for that to be changed is I, the developer, have to change it in my modeling software.  

Could you change this to something else please as for my framework and exs and qbcore all use /trunk lol

Be cool if these came as a clear texture. I just delete the windows dds file in openiv.

No don't delete it replace it with a clear texture or you can customize them

Ok so I made a Livery for it by myself in photoshop. And its 4096x4096 but in game it looks totally trash. Anyone have an idea how to fix it?

Yeah I ain't good at customizing things in openiv. Or not sure where to get a clear texture for it.
