Something new from me before further reworks. Better known as the "Taser! Taser! Taser! Oh shit! I shot him!" agency or also being the funniest/most savage police agency on Twitter. A town in Kansas that only has its University going for it, I've always felt this agency would fit in well in my GTA as a stand in for Paleto Bay. Personally, with how ugly duckling the lighting setup is with red/blue intermixed together and an insane amount of white, plus 2009 era Raydians on 2016 FPIUs, something about it is appealing to me.

ELS VCF's go into the ELS folder
-Rename .yft, .ytd and vcf files to whatever slot you intend to replace if you do not have slots for cars with the same name as provided, or use this:
You are not allowed to reupload or redistribute these files or changes to them without my consent
Important:
-Replace reflective liveries with a clear texture or reflective liveries matching your skin if you replace the main skins
-Low quality skins are in the .ytd while high quality ones are in the +hi.ytd. This is done to prevent texture loss. Both need to be replaced to work properly when replacing skins

You need to install a light enhancing mod
Lights on the front of the car are white-
That's intentional. Kansas City area agencies use additional white lights up front to increase visibility. This one uses a lot of them.
Why does it say Lawrence instead of Los Santos?
My vehicles are based on real life as much as possible due to how I plan to set up my game.
Plus I suck at skinning.
If someone is wanting to make lore skins, I'd be more than happy to send them the PSDs so long as they give proper credits.
Add more units-
You and me both. But unfortunately I don't have the parts/reference needed for them. The only vehicles I could potentially see myself doing are the traffic CVPI if I had access to the parts.
