Hey there! This is by far the most accurate pack I've ever made and here it is!

 

The amount of time that went into this project is absolutely insane. But I think it was worth it!

The CHP is my favorite department, so I'ts pretty understandable why I had to do this.

 

Special thanks to @AngeloCosma without him, this pack wouldn't be as accurate as it is!

And thanks a lot to @c0ff33man for his amazing videos and beautiful screenshots!

Forza Vic

Accurate Lighting
Accurate Equipment
The front and rear of the lightbar can be controlled independently, resulting in a lot of realistic combinations

Animated parts (keys, exhaust, antennas)

Reflective decals

And a whole bunch of small details most of you will never notice

 

These cars require an unedited carvariation.meta!!!

If you don't have it, the lighting will be messed up.

    Pretty sure its just an ELS thing, doesnt seem to be anything with the LOD's, might be because the X,Y,Z for the lights might be off.

    It's not just an ELS thing. ELS creates coronas at a certain distance, the position of these coronas is defined by dummys. And I have to manually change their position in Zmodeler.

     

    But that's not what I meant. I definitely made some mistakes on the last update. Open the rear doors on the K9 slicktop for example.

    So I installed the slicktop K9 version of the car, added a vehicles.meta and carvariations.meta and named the spawn 'sahpk9'. I loaded the vehicle just fine and it worked great however when I went to let my K9 into the vehicle, the rear doors opened weirdly. I will attach an image below to show my issue. If you can help me in anyway I would really appreciate it. Thanks. 🙂

    I'm aware of that issue. Just look on my comment directly above yours 😉

    I messed something up. Will definitely fix it one day but I can't give you an ETA.

    Unfortunately I've now ran into an issue regarding the black and white slicktop & the polarbear slicktop in this pack.

     

    They both have the following example occur.

    Again, like I said on the charger pack, these CVPIs are replacing the ones that came in thehurk's 2017 CHP megapack.

    **EDIT** turns out it also occurs on the CVPIs with the Liberty lightbar.

    Not sure what is going on here - would it help if i removed any carvariations entries related to the vehicle slots possibly?

    So, first off all. My cars are not supposed to replace already modded slots. Any changes to the original vehicle files can cause problems with my packs. Try putting them into unmodified slots. Just replacing Hurks can be the issue.

     

    The car in your pic looks like the LOD1 model, can you provide a picture of the whole car please?

    As you have asked, I'll provide a image of the full car.

     

    I have however, discovered how exactly the issue occurs.

    I can only visibly see what is shown in the image above in certain angles from the sun in-game.

    They are viewabale at all angles on the OpenIV model viewer however.

     

    The image i'm providing I was unable to see the issue.

    I almost forgot to mention - I was actually noticed that the _hi.yft file for the slicktops do not show the issue in the modelviewer. It seems to only occur on the regular .yft files for the slicktop models.

    The first picture shows the low quality model. The second one shows the _hi model. It seems like your pc has a problem loading the HQ model, just wait a few minutes once you get in the car and give your computer some time.

    Great mod, however I have experienced that the rear wheel offset on the liberty and liberty k9 models is off for me. The rear right wheel is spaced too far left and the rear left wheel is also spaced too far left.

    These are great mods but on the ST CVPI when i go a bit away from the vehicle the lights flash on the roof like its the Marked version is it just me or does this happen.

    If you make a update on this pack are you able to put a white texture on the ST CVPI non k9 with rambar?

    You want the black and white slicktop in white? You can do that without my help, just use the polarbear textures.

    I absolutely love these vehicles, however I do have one slight issue. When I get into the vehicle, and turn the lights on, and get out again, as soon as I get out, the lights in the front stop flashing and stay lit, and the rear lights keep flashing like normal. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

    That is what these vehicles are ment to do since they represtent real CHP and the Lighting, when the vehicle is put in park (when you get out of a vehicle in gta) the lights are ment to stay steady burn .image.jpeg.9b881a21df80aaefa09c4e72aaed9c7b.jpeg

    Oh I just assumed it was a glitch of some sort. Is there a way to make it to where they don't stay steady burn when I leave the vehicle?

    Update: Nevermind, I found a setting in the XML file for ELS that did the trick!

    The polarbear was made in a hurry just hours before uploading. I'll look into it.
