Totally I am so sick of this talk about the manipulation thing because people that don't know how or can't get the install thing right should not be a problem for people that want's people to enjoy their packs but I call hypocrite for  when the people that can't install manually get left out just because of selfish people are too lazy not to include a second download for the oiv 

People that do these mods should be proud and share there work but no I can't enjoy there work because I'mone of the people that can't install the drop and drag crap thing I really want these those modders to be more respect the people that do want to download there awesome cars or whatever and actually give a crap about sharing if the modders don't like the OIV install thing then make it for the other 3% of people that can't install like magic please for give us for not being the same level

yes me too I just wish that every mod would have a oiv package installer 

I thought he would have put the OIV installer in by now

So I downloaded this file, any chance I can get my hands on the template so I can make my own decals for this? Been loving every moment with it so far.

Anyone know how to fix the issue with the side lights on the mirrors not in the proper location??

Yes i did, the only thing i did different was make it Police instead of Police2. Files where placed in the same spots as you say to in the read me. I use RadianceV for my brightness of lights. @POLICESCO

Did you install the files correctly. And I'm using a mod which makes my lights bright 

I don't know if i'm doing something wrong, but I installed the vehicle the way its supposed to. Added the files where its supposed to. The only thing I did different was place it as Police instead of Police2. The only problem I'm having is the lights on the top and rear are null not bright. @POLICESCO i use IPL so i took the ID 1 you changed for police/sheriff , copied paste the whole item and pasted at the end of all siren pattern settings, changed id to 20 due to having a lot in there, and then changed the carvar siresetting 20 works great and, with reborn the cars are on the server and the metas carvars i have in mpchristmas and carcols in common/platform/data etc.

You can change the handling to suit. Its in the vehicle meta I think

Did you just add a custom siren charger to your existing carcols or the one I provided and where did you put the police2 file? In patchday11 or? I want to use a custom carcols so it doesn't affect others models but my game kept crashing

Use open iv to check what number the sirens are in the front of my model and adjust in the carcols as required

This isn't the original texture but it's darkened and doesn't look like you have a miniature sun in your car. And it's still plenty visible in game, despite appearances.
