If you mean the error with the wheel this is just an issue wenn displayed with OpenIV in game it should work normaly

How do i get the x64e folder? I followed your insatructions on youtube but i dont have the mods/x64e FOLDER... just mods/x64e.rpf.... is this meant?

Yes this is the place, which is meant

Go to:

Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

but OpenIV in Edit Mod and throw the files from this pack in there
