Is it possible to change the colors of the lights to all blue?

When you will have the Lights all blue than the Sirens must be change. But why you will have all blue? Can you show me a Pic with all Lights in blue?

Is there anyway I can limit the twinsonic and the rear deck lights to only spawn? It's that I want to limit this only to authentically replicate CHP setups.

Would you be able to make the vehicle an add-on at some point?  This goes into the police slot and I don't really want to take my vehicle out of the police slot.  I'd like for it to be an add-on instead. 

I can't acess it everytime I try opening in win rar it's asking for a password

That's a hot sheet. Basically a notebook where at the shift briefing, the Supervisor will name off plates with APBs or that are stolen.

I love the car, but I can't get the lights to work .  Is there a carcols file that I'm missing?

yes, redacting agencies.xml or vehicles.meta
