A. [dlclist.xml part] 
1. Extract "dlclist.xml" with openIV from -----> \update\update.rpf\common\data 
2. Add new line "<Item>dlcpacks:\avro\</Item>" to dlclist.xml 
3. Save, and replace the old one at ------> \update\update.rpf\common\data

B. [Models and Textures part, Easy part] 
-Extract all files in "avro" folder included in this download into -----> \update\x64\dlcpacks\
 
no need to copy read me.txt flie though.

it should look like this \update\x64\dlcpacks\avro\dlc.rpf

=========SPAWNING THE NEW ADDED Aircraft========= 
I recommend you to use Enhanced Native Trainer or Simple Trainer, etc with "spawn car by name" function. 
Select this function and input the car name to spawn it 
In game car names   there are 3 aircraft in this DLC

avro model     --------> Type this name: avro

P.s if the game crashes after first run, use openIV and rebuild/defragment once. that will fix the Problem, only happened once.

this is ADD on only vehicle. will not work with replace method.

please get latest gameconfig file, if you have problems running addon dlc's
