Looks bloody fantastic going by the pics etc, but it's missing a readme with handling lines etc and the pics folder is empty lol  Could ya update it, or is it just me?

Your obviously new here so welcome. Someone will probably make a Victorian skin pack soon for the car with highway patrol, general duties and maybe even highway patrol with checkers. I'm pretty sure theres a guy who makes victorian models to so maybe you'll be in luck and he'll make one. And please don't ask for unlocked models, it really bothers modders when you send those requests because it's so easy to just rip it yourself.
