Well if you want people to enjoy your modifications then make them accurate to real life.

anyways besides what this dude is talking about and whining over this truck is awesome and is a true addition to my fleet i went threw at least ten park ranger trucks before i found this one although the lights arent very bright im sure you could use a plugin like radiance and make them better anyways good job with the truck!

so just out of curiosity what are the meta changes in the vehicle.meta that have to be done to allow it to tow things? tried the trailer_city trailer_highway flags but no effect.

Great mod, really love the Whelen Liberty II. how did you get Britishgamer to unlock the model for you? Me (DevinKan from gta5-mods.com) and OfficerWalters (MrPrime) have been trying to contact him, with no luck. He has been ignoring us. Can you give me the model unlocked (not your park ranger edit, the stock F150)? If so, I will keep all the credits in the description of my mods. Contact me at devinkanmods@icloud.com. Oh and also, to fix the backrack that shows up sometimes, in zmodeler enable L0, L1, L2, & L3 views, and then make sure the backrack is where it is supposed to in all of the quality settings.

I have it unlocked too...

Thanks for the opportunity to contribute the skin for this model.

A few issues I've noticed now that I finally got a chance to install it in-game:

  • The texture is mapped onto the inside of the left driver's side door:

  • On the front bumper just below the outside edges of the headlights there's a section which doesn't appear to be mapped correctly. I can't quite tell where I need to apply black to make black those two white strips out that you can see in this screenshot:

  • As others have noted, the blue lights in particular seem a bit dim. I do like the coronas though!

Thanks! Looking forward to seeing the next update to this nice vehicle :)

Nice! I haven't been a non-Raptor F150 on this site yet, and I'm looking forward to use this in my next park ranger episode, and looking forward to see what skins come out for it as well.

Absolutely. But saying that if you want someone to use "model x" make sure it's absolutely accurate to "real life car x" is not simply true.

I understand that for a lot of car modders, 100% accuracy is something to aim for which I find truly impressing. But, for those that don't want to, don't have the skillset, or for some other reason doesn't do car modding "according to the norm" shouldn't be downvoted or told to change it, if that is the way the car modder want his/her model to look like.

At the end of the day, we're modding a videogame. It's a hobby. Everyone can do well in relaxing and just enjoying the game instead of fighting over it.

I think we all can agree to disagree.

Not everyone cares if a model is 100% accurate to real life. That is impossible to achieve in a videogame.

Not necessarily there are plenty of vehicles on this site that are very accurate to their real life counter parts. You are correct in saying "Not everyone cares if a model is 100% accurate to real life" That is someone's personal preference.....

He wasn't getting mad, he was simply stating a fact that is very apparent. He was giving constructive criticism and has made a very valid point, the interior is not accurate to the 2015 interior, which has changed quite significantly.

Also going on what McNally said, the default rims completely ruin this truck. you could have put on some 3rd party rims, like rockstar Xds, or any other type of rim besides the default one.

I'll do me you do you.

It's a game, fact that your getting this mad over a game, seems a bit weird.
