Assorted Callouts is now open source. https://github.com/Albo1125/Assorted-Callouts

Thank you @55charlie for the awesome images!

With Assorted Callouts, my aim is to provide a varying experience, adding a range of differently-styled callouts for you to experience. They all have one thing in common, though, and that is a fun and sufficiently realistic atmosphere!

Current Callouts (full explanation in documentation):

  • Petrol/Gas Theft
  • Pacific Bank Heist
  • Traffic Stop Backup Required
  • Stolen Police Vehicle
  • Person with a Knife
  • Solicitation
  • Organised Street Race
  • Illegal Immigrants in Truck
  • Store Robberies
  • Store Shoplifting
  • Prisoner Transport Required
  • Hot Pursuit
  • More to come! For suggestions and development updates, check this thread. To get early access to new versions, participate in the Loyalty Rewards Programme.

Installation instructions are provided in the ReadMe.

Lots of settings, such as keybindings, callout frequencies etc. can be modified through the INI file.

Starting from Computer+ 1.3.0.0, Assorted Callouts offers support for its callout display system. For a more realistic experience, I recommend downloading Computer+ here.

Support - what to do if you encounter a bug or have problems:

  1. Watch the installation video for my modifications here.
  2. Use this tool: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/9755-lspdfr-troubleshooter-by-albo1125/
  3. Read the documentation file if you're having trouble getting a specific feature to work.
  4. Suggestions can be made here.
  5. If all else fails: Please leave a comment (not a review). Include your RAGEPluginHook.log file, located in your Grand Theft Auto V folder. Also, please provide an accurate description of what happened. This allows me to help you as fast as possible.

Albo, my god, you've outdone yourself.

The bank heist should recieve as much hype as the new Star Wars movie just for how in-depth it is.
When playing through the hostage negotionation, The option for his wife to come and talk was great, although when I was initially presented it
I was like "His wife is here?"

I also liked going in the other way, it was an actual challenge. I even had to call for backup!

Traffic stop backup is my favorite "regular" callout for lack of a better term, because it shares the variety of things that can happen like
    the Traffic Policer calllouts.

Petrol theft is also very well thought out, I enjoy the investigative work you have to do.
The gas station owner appreciates promptness, I gathered as well, lol.

I honestly couldn't think of any complaints about this at all.
Amazing work, once again, Albo. :)

New era of LSPDFR mods is here! Only a year ago, while playing GTA IV with LCPDFR, I couldn't even imagine playing something as powerful as this mod only a year later! It is really great to be part of this community, watch it grow and improve and witness something as great as Assorted Callouts come to life!

Congratulations to you Albo and to the rest of the team for creating this mod! 10/5

Very nice. I love this and the new "Unarmed Arrests" plugin! Sorry for being negative a while back, it wasn't right for me to act like that. My attitude got the best of me. :(

After seeing that Albo1125 published a new plugin, I knew I had to jump right in immediately. The first thing I have to say is this will completely redefine the way callouts are produced in the future... I'm sure of it. The complexity behind the bank heist, petrol theft and traffic stop backup assistance is more advanced than anything that has been published before, and will be replicated time and time in the coming months. I can't wait to see how the capabilities of this plugin expand, and will be checking back for updates.

    The Pros

    • Complex scripted events
    • Voice acting
    • Superb cleanup
    • Stability
    • Variability

    The Con

    • AI seems a bit buggy (but I'm not quite sure if this is a GTA issue, or a plugin bug).

Just the fact that I have 1 mild complaint should be enough to convince anyone reading this to go out and try it, but if the bullet-list for dummies didn't drive my point across I made a video showcasing the mod, as well as all of the events included in it.

    Response from the author:

Thank you very much for your elaborate review! I will be watching your video when I get back from London.

The AI can sometimes be a bit weird, I've tried to code around GTA's flaws as realistically as possible for this. It'll only be improving from here on

It's pretty freakin insane how you went from the new guy who regularly updated how many lines of code your Jail Points mod had to being THE premier GTA V community coder. Another fantastic fantastic mod. Seriously, you probably have a future in the game industry at this pace.

    Response from the author:

Thanks so much for sticking with me for that long Haha! Really appreciated :)

Albo i have to buy you a steak or something i mean the amount of amazingness and effort you put in to your plugins is just way beyond something that we can´t find the words for. Even in the beginning stages of only three callouts iknow there will come many more just when you first released trafficpolicer. I can´t play GTA V and do a patrol without having your plugins it just cannot be done it´s not possible it would be tedious and not realistic but you add that realism to the patrols that i look for. Just amazing i really appreciate your effort you put in to your mods. Why am i not able to give more stars that boggles my mind. Merry christmas  to you by the way :D
