Welcome to Arrest Manager! This script modification for LSPDFR greatly enhances the way you can deal with your suspects and their vehicles. Are you tired of driving all the way to a jail to deal with a suspect? Would you like to be able to call for reliable prisoner transport units at any time? Arrest Manager provides this, and more. In short, a complete overhaul to the way you can deal with your prisoners!

Requirements - some of these are included (credits go to their appropriate authors):

  • LSPDFR 0.4.2 (not included)
  • Albo1125.Common 6.6.3.0 or higher (included)
  • RAGENativeUI 1.6.3.0 or higher (included)
  • RAGEPluginHook 0.51 or higher (not included)
  • A legal copy of GTA V (versions 1.0.1011.1 or higher1).

 

Installation instructions and further feature documentation are included with the download.

Fixed an issue with jail dropoffs - some LSPDFR jail dropoffs now conflict, but I have kept in Arrest manager's as they offer more functionality and work on suspects arrested through the "Arrest" option on the ctrl H menu.
You can adjust the LSPDFR jail points in the LSPDFR/data/stations.xml file, just remove the <DropOffPosition> tags.
Updated for the new LSPDFR+ 1.7 API (thanks Syzygy94 for the contributions)
Updated RAGENativeUI calls to non deprecated ones.

    Quick update: I've managed to get a prisoner transport vehicle to get driven around by an officer and get the suspect picked up. It's not without any hiccups, however, so tomorrow I'll be looking to fix them!

    A new version has been released, featuring prisoner transport!

    To update, delete the old version from your plugins folder. Make sure you copy the new version to Plugins/LSPDFR, as stated in the readme!! This is the same folder as custom callout plugins go!

    You call backup code 2 and when they get there, they get out and grab the suspect, but regardless. your Idea is brilliant, Great work. I can tell we will soon see great mods coming from your direction. Keep it up!!

    Not sure which mod you are using.  I have never once see them 'grab the suspect' on back up code 2 or even code 3.  They arrive on scene and get out to investigate.  But they most certainly have no interaction at all with your suspect unless you are in a pursuit.

    EDIT:  Installed and the Pickup feature is not working by pressing 8.  No prompts either for transport as well.  I have tried arresting.  Handcuff, then pressing 8.  I have tried arresting, handcuff and picking up the suspect and pressing 8,  then last I have did all the above and picked up suspect walked him over to my vehicle and before I get in the vehicle like the Readme says, I press 8 and nothing still.  I know the plugin is working as I can still press 9 and it teleports me.  I am using the latest

    Brilliant Mod, save a lot of time! :D However just dowloaded the newest version and prisoner transport isn't working.! Great Mod though!

    You shouldn't need in your startup file. Are you sure you've put the .dll in the right location? It should be in the same folder as custom callout scripts, see the readme. I've just tested it again and it works as intended for me!

    Yep that worked, and it appears to be working.  Thank you!!

    Now if I can just get LSPDFR to actually work longer than 10 minutes without crashing!  Tons of buttons are causing LSPDFR to crash.  But at least your mod seems to be the first ever transport working.  Awesome man!

    I do not think so.  I went to the support forums and it appears that several others are having issues with LSPDFR crashing after 0.2b  These people are going so far as to do a complete uninstall of GTA V and only have LSPDFR 0.2b with New Ragehook with no other Plugins and they are still crashing with certain buttons, the main one being the SHIFT key for pull over

    I'm aware of a rare bug caused by an invalid TaskSequence, I'll be fixing it tomorrow. 

    Edit: may actually be caused by lspdfr itself. If you experience this error, please let me know. Details to follow.

    This is a great mod. I've used it a bit, and it works well. My only suggestion would be to possibly consider making it the Sheriff Department that picks up the suspect. I know in a lot of jurisdictions that the county sheriff handles inmate transportation. That might not make much sense because the van is obviously LSPD, but it would be weird to have LSPD officers pick up someone out of the city.

    Few bugs as noted:

    Suspect has a random change of clothes after pressing 8, suspect hops in air and is now unhandcuffed.  The van does come promptly which is nice as they roll up on scene,  nice touch by the way to call in the pick up van I like it.  Is there anyway, that the suspect can remain on the ground cuffed after arrest?  Or say we do press 8 for pickup, can the just remain cuffed without jumping in air and the bug of clothes change and have us interact with suspect and put them back on their knees?  If you can make this work, I think you have definately top 3 mods of this site next to LSPDFR and FinkOne Police Radio in my opinion.

    HHi, can't find anything in the log that is to do with my mod. Could you attach the entire log?

    Yes it's on my list, currently a bit difficult because I cannot easily override suspect behaviour when they are arrested, hoping for a fix very soon!

    An update has been released!

    0.2.2:

    • Improved transport van driver AI, the van should now always arrive. If the van is stuck for a long time, it will be teleported to you.
    • Added support for the LSPDFR police scanner.
    • The suspect should now act more realistically and doesn't change appearance any more.
    • If you were getting a wanted level, this is now fixed.
    • Fixed a rare crash caused by LSPDFR API.

    Please report any problems and bugs you encounter, and provide me with your Ragehook log and an explanation. ENJOY!

    0.2.3: Added the option to customise keybindings. Cleaned up some code. Now comes with a .ini file.

    I seem to be getting some conflict with your mod and LSPDFR,  I can't finish the challenge to arrest a ped and backup seems to freeze when I call them.

    Hi Albo, great idea behind the mod. Unfortunately for me, when I install your mod I can't seem to arrest pedestrians. Not sure if this is some sort of conflict. I don't get any error messages, but I can't seem to follow through with the arrest.

    I'm running all the featured plugins + vehicle search, pedsearch, keep calm, speed radar, spikes, traffic control and there are no error messages.

    Hi Albo, great idea behind the mod. Unfortunately for me, when I install your mod I can't seem to arrest pedestrians. Not sure if this is some sort of conflict. I don't get any error messages, but I can't seem to follow through with the arrest.

    Using the stun gun by any chance?

    Could you try temporarily replacing your startup file with the one I provided (it goes in your GTA V Root folder) and give it a try without loading any other plugins, and tell me if it works?

    I have attached your startup.rhs, tried and the results are same.Backup not working, Shift button .Otherwise, a great idea only fix bugs i you done great work !
