Regular Callouts

Thank you for showing interest in my first Callout Pack for LSPDFR! It's my first time ever doing something like this but I wanna continue working on it and giving back to this awesome community for already creating so many awesome mods for LSPDFR.

I hope you enjoy playing these callouts just as much as I enjoy creating them.

This pack aims to switch up the usual 'Pursuit, Shooting,'-Action based callouts and instead make more grounded and everyday callouts received by cops worldwide.

To get the most out of this pack it is recommended that you take your time and set up the scene yourself instead of just doing what the game wants you to do. You can manually advance each Callout at your own pace without you getting punished because of it.

If you want to see any special Callout or have suggestions to changing existing ones feel free to let me now 🙂

Installation:

Drag and drop into the Grand Theft Auto V folder

Recommended Plugins:

- Stop the Ped

- Ultimate Backup

- Police Tape

- Typical Callouts

Required Plugins:

- RageNativeUI (included in the download)

Current Callouts:

1. Missing Person: A distressed Parent called 911 to report both his child and his vehicle missing. Drive to his home and investigate. Be fast, your actions may result in consequences.

2. Parking in a No-Parking-Zone: Someone parked in the driveway of the caller and they cant get out.

3. Noise Disturbance: 911 received a call about a loud party disturbing their neighbors. Deal with the situation accordingly.

4. Fake Call: 911 received a call about a concerned citizen. But you quickly notice that something is not right... (This callout is not realistic and heavily features movie-references. Disabled by default. You can enable it via the .ini file)

5. Major Accident on the LS Highway: Multiple vehicles are involved in a major accident on the LS Highway. First Responders are already on scene. Get there as fast as possible and try to save as many people as possible. When you are done make sure the traffic flows again.

6. Search Warrant: You got handed a search warrant. Go to the suspects home and execute the warrant. The outcome is dependant on your actions.

7. Domestic Disturbance / Interrupted 911 call: This callout is basically a 2-in1. Both versions have different outcomes. While you know what to get into when you receive the Domestic Disturbance variation, you may not know what's happening when the call remains unanswered.

8. Parked Car Accident: A driver has hit another car while trying to park. The owner of the other vehicle isn't there so he called the police and is waiting for you to handle the situation.

9. Animal involved in Car Accident: Very similar to the Parked Car Accident. A driver has hit an loose animal and called the police.

10. Tree fallen on Street: A tree has fallen onto a busy street. Fire Department is already on scene and they are awating your help to block the street.

11. Suspicious Vehicle: Callout inspired by Police Quest. This callout has you pullover a reported vehicle. Hope you have a good discipline.

12. Barricaded Suspect: Inspired by Albo's Bank Heist. After an Arrest Warrant Gone Wrong the police department have set up a perimeter around the Suspect's location. They are waiting for you to take charge.

13. Broken Vehicle: A vehicle broke down in the middle of the road. Secure the scene and get the road clear again.

14. Homicide: A murder infront of a store. Use your detective skills to solve the case and arrest the murderer.

15. Scammer: You got a call from a concerned citizen about scammers going door to door to scam money. Drive to the location and deal with the situation accordingly.

16. Abandoned Vehicle: Quite possibly the biggest callout ever in LSPDFR. This callout is an almost exact replica of the LA Noire's mission "The Drivers Seat". You got all call about an abandoned vehicle near a powerstation, the scene shows a possibility of a more sinister crime. Get to the location and use your investigative skills to solve the case.

17. Bomb found near Traintracks: Your supervisor called you about a suspicious baggage found near the traintracks. Drive to the location, talk to the supervisor and deal with the situation remotely from as safe distance.

18. Stolen Diplomatic Car: Replica of LA Noire's mission "The Consul's car". A witness found a diplomatic vehicle, stripped of parts, in an alleyway. Drive to the location and investigate to find out what happens. Along the way you may discover some other... sickening... plots.

Known Issues:

When reporting bugs, please make sure to give a brief description on what happened just before it crashed and what you did. Also make sure to include your RagePluginHook.log. The more info you can give me (especially if the crash happens all the time and not only once) the more likely I am able to reproduce and fix it.

Before reporting a bug, please make sure it isn't already listed. This will make it easier for me to keep track of bugs and patch them out eventually:

What's New in Version 1.1.2

Released

Added Callouts:

Bomb found near Traintracks: Your supervisor called you about a suspicious baggage found near the traintracks. Drive to the location, talk to the supervisor and deal with the situation remotely from as safe distance. This callout currently features only one Spawnpoint near Sandy Shores. Let me know if you like this callout so I can add more locations in a later update.

Stolen Diplomatic Car: Replica of LA Noire's mission "The Consul's car". A witness found a diplomatic vehicle, stripped of parts, in an alleyway. Drive to the location and investigate to find out what happens. Along the way you may discover some other... sickening... plots.

Remastered Callouts:

Noise Disturbance: Changed the way music plays. You no longer need the audio (NOISEMUSIC.wav), it will now play via ingame audio. This also fixes the bug with the music muting itself when activating sirens, radio etc.

For now the callout only features one outcome. More outcomes will be added in later updates.

Changes:

Fake Call: This "unrealistic" callout is now disabled by default. It won't appear during normal gameplay anymore. If you still want to use this callout you can activate it via the .ini file.

Abandoned Vehicle: Prepared the callout internally to feature a full voicecast. Not all roles have been given yet and I'm still waiting for some voicelines to have this callout fully voiced. As soon as I have everything, the voices will be made available as a separate download so you can choose yourself if you want a voiced one or not.

Special Thanks to Albo and various other Youtubers for their C# tutorials

Freesound - kwahmah_02 / Doorbell sound

Typical Callouts 1.5 Thank you for checking out my first callout pack! This is my first time creating any sort of addon for LSPDFR so I hope you enjoy it.    I created this callout pack because I noticed a significant lack of callout packs with typical everyday calls that won't end up in a pursuit or a shootout. I personally prefer to try and simulate real world policing as closely as possible so I decided to create a pack that would introduce callouts that police officers general

Boas chamadas, você tem planos para adicionar chamadas mais regulares?

(Translated, I hope I understood it correctly 😅)

Im trying to include as many calls as I can think about. Currently working on a house party/Noise disturbance call. If you have any suggestions let me know 😊

Estou tentando incluir o máximo de chamadas que eu possa pensar. Atualmente trabalhando em uma chamada de festa da casa/perturbação do ruído. Se você tiver alguma sugestão, me avise. 😊

    Understand.
I'll leave a list of suggestions, you can filter and include the ones you think is best.

    911 Investigate:
    > They pulled my clothes off and ran away!
    > There's a man peeing in my shop.
    > A crazy guy on the street, stop him.
    > Asking for a dem and stole my wallet.
    > A dog bit me and he's loose.
    > A lady needs to be saved, ambulance broke down on the way.

    911 Support:
    > Enforce security in an area.
(No one thought of it, just go to a random area and stay for a few minutes while this may receive another call)
    > Cop asking for support!
    > Escort a drug truck.

911 Traffic: (This can occur in front of you at any time, occupying while there are no calls)
    > Parked on the sidewalk.
    > Advanced at the red light.
    > Stopped at the crosswalk.
    > Made zig-zag.
    > High speed.

Well, that's it, I hope I helped. Thank you for everything right now. 🙂

I'm sorry about the English, I do translations, I hope you understand. 😅

Digging the callouts, excited to see the new ones coming out, just leaving a suggestion for a future callout, welfare checks or types of callouts that dont always require a pursuit or a shooting are some of my favorites and I feel add a more immersive experience to the game. Keep up the nice work though!

I noticed while poking through this pack in callout manager that there are "4" callouts. The two inactive ones are mugging and stolen vehicle. Attempting to do the mugging will bring up a failed to start message, but the stolen vehicle one actually brings up a call to dispatch. That call does work, but it mainly seems to be a pursuit. Are you planning to develop that callout further along with creating a mugging callout?

Looks very promising....Im looking forward to those callouts as I feel like Im missing something when Im playing lspdfr. This pack would really make the game more realistic and fun. I have one suggestion, I hope with each callout they have different or random spawn points with various different endings!

I really like this pack, a couple suggestions for calls would be like a noise complaint, a man, woman or a couple calling to report a stolen firearm and you have to search the area for the individual who took it, a false imprisonment of somebody being held against their will. Thanks for this pack!

Those are the ones I made / copied from Videos when I first started learning how to make callouts. They don't spawn in regulary and aren't available in the vanilla LSPDFR / Force-Callout option, didn't know they were selectable that way. Anyways those aren't actually meant to be playable (right now) and will be removed in the next few updates until I can rework them. Thanks for letting me know 😛

Absolutely, that's what I'm trying to do with every callout! Next Update will add more Spawnpoints and outcomes to the Parking Callout as well as adding a Noise Disturbance with multiple choices and outcomes 😛

Does it spawn at out of town areas like Sandy Shore, Pateto Bay, etc?

YES! Every callout  wil have multiple spawns in Los Santos but they can also spawn in Sandy and Bay (Spawns for the Parking Callout is coming next Update and every callout after that will automatically have mutliple spawns)

Interesting. Will definitely give it a try. I like these regular callouts, they seem far more engaging and realistic. I know it's not for me to say since I know absolutely nothing about programming, but I would love to see callouts in the future such as these:

    - Beach theft callout (basically coastguard personnel requiring assistance after having stopped a person stealing personal belongings from people on the beach)

    - Shark attack (a person injured on a beach after surviving a shark attack - have paramedics and coastguard personnel already on scene, and just help to control/barricade the scene)

    - A police car/ambulance/fire truck crashed into a civilian vehicle whilst responding code 3

    - Two drunk people fighting outside a bar

    - Customer refusing to pay for food/drinks outside Burgershot

    - Domestic Violence (no guns)

I like the cop asking for support idea, but would also love to see callouts where you are responding as back-up to other units already on scene. Sometimes it's just you calling back-up all the time, but I think responding code 2 or 3 to other units in different callouts will spice things up a bit. For instance,

    - Responding code 3 to another unit questioning/arresting a ped (not foot pursuit, just assist in questioning and arresting the ped)

    - Assist in traffic stop

    - Different callouts where another cop car is already on scene or arriving together with you would be pretty nice.

Hopefully all of these are considered and keep up the good work!

All i can say it seems promising and going in a right direction. Only thing is that I hope this pack can go in the direction of calls for service. And not having calls where you have to shoot someone with a tazer or gun and or have to chase someone.  Public Disturbances Fake 911 calls where you arrive on scene and chances are that there is nothing there at the end or you can find something.

That's my plan 😛 So far all Callouts are beatable without beatable without any action-parts (depending on your playstyle and the ending you get of course!). I'm currently working on a Welfare Check-Callout and FakeCalls are definitely on my list too.

Love the callout pack, just a suggestion for a few calloutsI haven't seen much of:

-Someone walking along the train railways
-Open Container seen by a by-passer
-Stray Dog/Cat or any other animal

Other than that love this pack! ❤️

Also, if i'd have one recommendation for a callout it's a properly set up accident, rather than the messy ones which AI will just fuck up. Whether it's one sided ones or multi vehicle ones.

I'll download this and try it out, it sounds good!

I'm hoping that none of these calls end with a fight.

I don't want the party to end in a brawl or attack. I want regular calls where you can perhaps choose what to say RPG style and your choices lead to the conclusion. We have so many calls that end in me shooting or tasering people.

One idea is domestic disputes, those seem to be really common calls for cops worldwide. Could end with a simple arrest or asking one party to leave the area.

That is what I'm trying to do 😛

The newest Noise disturbance callout for example has 6 (or something like that) endings depending on Ped behaviour and your behaviour. It might end peacefully, it might end in an argument or in a fight... all depending on your and the peds action 😛
