Mod still works as of March 3rd, 2024. Works well with my vast assortment of other mods, AI Pathing is very nice and a must-have if you like to control and roleplay your scenes.

Idk why it happened maybe it needs to be updated or something but after installing this my Lspdfr was constantly crashing. It also corrupted a few other files as in my RageNativeUI had to be deleted and reinstalled, Grammar Police was another I had to delete and reinstall and a couple of my callouts as well. Not saying this is a bad script but.... as in you should always make copies of your files before installing anything. I really had high hopes of using this though maybe I'll try it again later on.

I've been away from GTA and LSPDFR for a couple of years - I guess the GTAVI Excitement brought me back in. This is one of the mods that just enhances the LSPDFR experience for me in so, so many ways. I was gutted to see Rich isn't supporting it anymore and has retired - because this is, in my view, one of the best mods for LSPDFR. And, as of today (13/12/2023) it is still working!

Great for making paths for AI vehicles to travel to, or to create paths for them to travel around roadblocks, RTA's and crime scenes. With the placeables included, it really takes crime scenes to a new level too - not just barriers, but cones, bollards, temporary lights to illuminate nighttime crime scenes. Its awesome.

I tried to download police tape, but found it so complex to install and it crashed my game despite following all the steps - this was an easy install, no open IV, just transferring files into the directory. Highly recommend this one for those who want to direct traffic, manage crime scenes and traffic effectively and just add to their immersion.

Fantastic plugin - menus are easy navigate through meaning you can place barriers quickly so you don't get run over all the time. The way you place the barriers is also really intuitive and is sooooo much better than the STP cone function or other mods. I've not used the path function so much but I'm sure I will at some point.

Being able to control AI and tell them exactly where I need them to go is amazing. The scenarios that you can create using scene manager are endless. So far I have used it to detour traffic off of the highway for construction work as well as make south bound traffic drive in the north bound lanes around a plane that landed in the south bound lanes. This would have never been possible without scene manager. Rich, thank you so much for this useful mod.

This makes it so much easier to keep your scene clear and keep NPC traffic from killing random people. This is essential for anyone wanting to control traffic and prevent small things from becoming massive pileups

Scene Manager is the ultimate mod for controlling unruly NPC drivers in this game! It's great for everything from simply stopping or directing traffic around a small scene, to creating complex and dynamic traffic control scenarios. I have been beta testing the latest version for several months, and Rich has put a ton of work into making it stable, flexible, and easy to use. I'm very excited for everyone to get a chance to use it!

Some fun things to try out:

    • Set up a two-way flagging operation with two paths going opposite directions. Set a stop waypoint at the beginning of each path, then manually dismiss drivers to let them drive through the scene or use the edit menu to change one of the stop waypoints to drive and then swap.
    • Capture nearby drivers and direct them onto a race track, then make them drive in circles at high speed!
    • Set up a vehicle inspection station, toll booth, or check point by making one path with a stop waypoint. Add a second path to manually direct a stopped vehicle to for secondary inspection, or dismiss the vehicle from the waypoint to let them continue on.

Scene Manager makes almost anything possible when it comes to setting up traffic control. The slick barricade spawner mode also makes it easy to configure your scene just how you want it.

    Amazing job !

What type of API do you think devs would want?
