UnitedCallouts is a plugin for LSPDFR which adds over 20 new varied and realistic callouts with different locations, endings and possibilities.
This plugin exists for over 5 years and is still in development to keep this plugin up to date.

 

UnitedCallouts is Open Source for everyone who would like to get started into development or who would like to contribute to UC.

 


How to install UnitedCallouts

 

1.) Copy the files of "plugins\LSPDFR" in: "GTA5 directory\plugins\LSPDFR".

2.) Copy the folder of "lspdfr\audio\scanner" in: "GTA5 directory\lspdfr\audio\scanner".
3.) Alternative: Drag and drop the "lspdfr" and "plugins" folder into your main directory of GTA5.

 

 

Requirements for UnitedCallouts

 

• LSPD First Response 0.4.9 (or higher) Download here

• RAGE Plugin Hook 1.95 (or higher) Download here

• Open All Interiors (required for certain callouts) Download here

• A legal copy of GTA5 (Retail, EpicGames or Steam)

 

 

Features of UnitedCallouts

Variation

  • This plugin adds several and different dialogues for each callout to have more variation.
  • Every callout has different endings and possibilities for more variation and realism.
  • In this pack are currently 25 varied and realistic callouts for LSPDFR. (Have a look below for a full list of all available callouts.)
  • A lot of callouts have different vehicles and weapons to have more variation in gameplay.
  • All callouts have several locations in order to have more variation and realism.
    • Some callouts use specific locations in order to have more realistic locations.
      An apartment burglary won't be on a street and a fight between two people won't be at a police station.
    • All callouts have a location choosing system in order to get the locations near the Player.



Customization

  • This plugin adds a hotkey for dialogs and for forcing your current callout to end.

    • "Y" for speaking to a suspect. (You'll get a notification when you must talk to a suspect)
    • "END" to force your current callout to end. (In some cases you may want to end the callout by yourself)
    • You can change both hotkeys in the UnitedCallouts.ini.
  • Option to enable/disable the callouts you want in the UnitedCallouts.ini.

    • You may want to use this option to avoid some callouts you don't want to play.
  • Option to enable/disable AI backup responding to a callout with the Player in the UnitedCallouts.ini.

    • This option allows realistic AI units to respond to certain callouts with the Player. This means a local unit won't respond to a gang fight. If the Player is in a pursuit, you'll get help by local units and an air unit instead of a SWAT team.
    • If you don't have a powerful PC, set this option in the UnitedCallouts.ini to false.


Want to stay up to date?

  • UnitedCallouts has a version control system to let you know when UnitedCallouts or LSPDFR has been updated.
    • You can still play with UnitedCallouts on your own risk. It's always recommended to update to the latest build that is available.
    • UnitedCallouts may have issues when LSPDFR gets an update that change parts of it's API.

1.) Store Robbery In Progress 
Someone has seen people with masks and firearms going into a store. 

 

2.) Reports of a Person With a Knife 
Multiple civillians have seen a guy with a knife walking around. Try to interact with him and arrest the guy before bad things happen.

 

3.) Reports of a Gang Shootout 
Shots have been fired. Two gangs are fighting each other. Try to stop the gang shootout immediately.

 

4.) Reports of a Stolen Emergency Vehicle 
A police or emergency vehicle was stolen recently and we have found it. Join the pursuit and try to stop and arrest the suspect.

 

5.) Stolen Truck Pursuit 
A truck was stolen recently. Try to stop and arrest the suspect.

 

6.) Stolen Bus Incident 

A bus was stolen and the driver is trying to escape. We've received multiple reports of hostages in the bus!

 

7.) Money Truck Theft

While the Money Truck was on the way to the bank, it was robbed and stolen. The driver has been shot down so we know they are armed with guns!

 

8.) Reports of an Armed Clown 

We've had some crazy cases but a Clown was spotted with a weapon while he's walking around.

 

9.) K9-Backup Required 

An officer needs a K9-Backup for a traffic stop. 
Drive to the scene and let your K9 check the vehicle. (K9 is not available in this plugin - any mod will work)

 

10.) Apartment Burglary 

Someone broke into an apartment! Help the guy in the apartment and try to arrest the burglar and make sure there's no one else in the apartment.

 

11.) Drug Deal In Progress 

We've spotted a known Drug Dealer who currently sells drugs to a random guy. Go and get them both!

 

12.) Robbery at Humane Labs and Research Facility  

A security guard called the police. He has seen a few robbers in white overalls with firearms who were going into the station.

 

13.) Warrant for Arrest 

We have a warrant for arrest. Drive to the address, try to talk to the person and arrest him.

 

14.) Troublemaker at Metro Station

We've received multiple calls for a homeless person doing some trouble in the metro station.


15.) Reports of an Illegal Police Car Trade

An informant told us that there is a deal going on with a stolen police car. Could you check that out?


16.) Heavily-Armed Terrorist Attack 

Someone called the police to report an armored person with a firearm shooting on civillians.

 

17.) Shots Fired

A crazy guy is shooting on civillians.


18.) Bicycle on the Freeway 

We've received multiple reports from drivers of a guy driving on a freeway with a bicycle.

 

19.) Welfare Check Request 

Someone called the police for a welfare check. Drive to the house and have a look.

 

20.) Traffic Stop Backup Required 

An officer needs backup for a traffic stop.

 

21.) Hostage Situation Reported 

A group of criminals took hostages. We need the Hostage Rescue Team to rescue all hostages.

 

22.) Public Peace Disturbance

Two people are fighting each other.

 

23.) Jewellery Robbery In Progress

The units on scene needs backup at the jewellery.


24.) Suspicious ATM Activity

Someone called the police because of suspicious activitiy at an ATM.

25.) Murder Investigation
The police department needs a detective to investigate a crime scene in order to find and arrest the murder.

 

Help & Troubleshooting:

You can find the UnitedCallouts.ini in GTA5 main directory / plugins / LSPDFR / UnitedCallouts /.

 

  • I can't get inside a building while I am playing a callout.
    If you can't get inside a building, you need to install Open All Interiors which is linked in the UnitedCallouts.ini.
    If you don't want to use it, set the callouts for Open All Interiors to false(These callouts are set to false by default.)

 

  • I am using "Callout Manager" and I can't start a specific callout?
    If you can't start a specific callout via the console or a third party plugin like Callout Manager, you'll have to check the UnitedCallouts.ini.
    These callouts might be set to false in the configuration file. All callouts appear in game regardless of whether they are set to true or false.
    To get these callouts to work you have to set the callouts to true.

 

  • Assembly UnitedCallouts.dll does not have the required Plugin attribute.
    If you have this error in your log, you've installed UnitedCallouts in the wrong path. Make sure that UnitedCallouts is in GTA 5 main directory / plugins / LSPDFR.
    If you don't have a "LSPDFR" folder, create one in GTA 5 main directory / plugins /.

 

  • I'm on the latest build of UnitedCallouts but I still get a notification that tells me to update.
    UnitedCallouts version detecting system is always checking for a new update on the lcpdfr.com download page after the plugin has been loaded in game.
    If a new build has been uploaded, it might be under manual approval or the version number wasn't updated yet. In this case you can play your current UnitedCallouts build without any issues. If the version was updated on the download page, it automatically stops sending you a notification.

 

  • When I try to play a callout I get the following error: There's an issue with the backup configuration file.
    If you get this error when you've accepted a callout, there's an issue with the backup configuration file. UnitedCallouts has an AI responding feature in order to let the Player not responding alone to certain callouts for more realism. To fix this error, go into the UnitedCallouts.ini and set ActivateAIBackup = true to false.

     2. Put the [AUDIO-Folder] in LSPDFR/audio/scanner
     3. Go on duty and have fun!

     

    Or just drag and drop the Plugins and lspdfr folders into your main Grand Theft Auto V directory. "

    Not too sure if UC is causing LSPDFR to crash during callout, I see you mentioned in your previous comments about STP causing Exception message: Operation is not valid because the specified  Rage.Ped is invalid.

     

    Is there a workaround for this as I need to have STP installed otherwise I can't place the perpetrator in the back of the police car.

    I havent even installed GTA V or LSPDFR in that directory, not even on that hard drive. nor have i installed "Callout Manager"... LSPDFR keeps crashing when accepting callouts from your Callout pack, exactly when the game tries to generate the gps route to the crime scene.

    I believe this plugin is related to crashes (which has happened to me, going on duty), and the issue of updates no longer appearing (text box on the lower left, above map.)

     

    After removing it, it still happens.

    Was an LSPDFR issue, since then fixed by LMS.

    I've played with this callout pack since I started LSPDFR and still love it to this day. Lately, maybe an update or 2 ago, every time I arrive on scene to the Money Truck callout, it automatically crashes the callout, but not the rest of the pack, and leaves an enemy red icon on the map. Everything else is fine, though. 5/5

    any fix or update for that ?

    Suspicious ATM Activity gives me huge FPS drops and stutters when the suspect starts running. After the suspect gets arrested the lag stops

    Hi sEbi3,

     

    first of all thank you for the callouts and that you don't have a dependency on STP ( I don't want to install STP ).

     

    I have some small issues and/or suggestions I would like to report:

    1. During the Gang Attack I died. Once I respawn on the Hospital my LSPDFR Character is gone and I start as one of the GTA V Story Characters (Michel). There was also an Exception in the ingame console, something about the End() method, but I lost the log ( I'm soooo sorry for not having a log, I messed it up when I tried to copy it ).
    2. During the drug dealer callout the red blip stays until the callout ends even if one of the suspects died / was shoot. Maybe you can remove the Blip on death?
    3. During the ATM callout my FPS drops from 140 to below 10
    4. During "Fighting in Progress" near Burton two peds spawned under the street (see screenshot). Maybe they are in some kind of tunnel, I'm not sure if this was intended?

    I guess it conflicts with Stop The Ped because just before it crashes STP shows me "Pistol has been added to you Evidence Box".

    Hello.I Really need Help.I installed the mod and 

    1.It dosent Work.It's in the files...but it dosent trigger any callouts.

    and 2.I tried to force trigger with Callout manager and it sais "Error UC " or something like that.Idk what's wrong but pleaaaaase.I beg Beacause lspdfr is kinda boring with

    the vanilla callouts.

    Can we possibly get an option to change what weapons the jewel robbers use in the ini? cause some people use a beanbag shotgun that replaces the sawn-off, and I can personally say its not a good time.

    I really enjoy these callouts but in the next update would it be possible to add an option in the .ini to limit the distance that callouts spawn. There's been a few times I've been patrolling BC and gotten a terminal callout. Aside from that great pack keep up the good work!

    I would suggest to increase the armoured person's health, and making him more difficult to kill. This would extend the gun battle time and forcing player to use difference tactics in handling this callout.

    the callouts can't start for me, even when forcing a call, dispatch will always say "we are code 4" just as I accept the call

     

    Edit: It works now, LSPDFR was just bugged out. Works after restart

    I am not sure about adding an option for just changing weapons. I'll just remove the shotgun.

    Most of the callouts are using certain locations. For example: Fighting scenes are near restaurants or bars.
    The only thing I can do is that the nearest location is going to be the callout spawnpoint.

    Make sure that all callouts are set to "true" in the UnitedCallouts.ini . Otherwise you can't start the callouts.

    Another suggestion, for traffic stop backup, is it possible to change the audio to "an officer need assistance" instead of "a civilian need assistance."  Because civilian cannot pull people over, and they're not police officers. Same for K9 unit backup audio.

     

    Also for the jewelry store robbery, the SWAT Riot truck is unnecessary as no SWAT units are on scene; also the two officers who were already on scene does not help out with the shooting, they will still stand there even when the callout is ended. The units will disappear as the player enters the jewelry store or look away, it would be great if the officers (first responders) would get in their car and drive away.
