Well I was very excited for this file, after some time of sitting on it I decided to install it. First of all the file name is incorrect, a minor annoyance but an annoyance none the less. On the other hand it breaks all melee combat and causes both the player and peds to do no damage during melee combat of any kind...

Nice!, finally peds don't die after slapping them once or just even punching them in the face. What was Rockstar games thinking?!

Imma give this a try, I look at a suspect after they get knocked out and then see blood pouring out from their body for a single punch to the temple! Oh man that sucks! Momma said knock you out, but that right there is messed up! I hope this works so I can give the coroners some much needed vacation time!

i don't know why i never reviewed this..but since i was just telling someone about this i will now! if you are the type of officer to accidentally punch every single person you run into..then this is for you!! when you hit someone you get no damage, which is appropriate, because i've never really seen a police officer get into a fist fight or hit someone with their pistol anyways :P no more senseless deaths.
