You didn't gave any preview , any description , not even a statement , it could be a vehicle skin for all i know . I downloaded it and i find it very poor , a few cops and a van don't really make a checkpoint , please put more effort before uploading files.

Okay! So you now have pictures of this checkpoint but you can add MUCH MORE things with this to make it better so there will be more downloads and more people to come and view it and like it. I would change mine to 2 stars since you have changed up some things but you really need to add more so it will be more entertaining.

What is this ? 

this is terrible.. you have one photo, which is very small, so noone would be able to see what it consists of and by the vague description, it doesnt really offer anything.

I suggest you play around with map editor more or google traffic sobriety stops because this is ... terrible

but 2 stars for the effort
