Need pics or videos to show what the mod does. There are different intensities of lights and visuals.

To better explain what the mod does, read the following: so basically when you install VisualV, it replaces the visualsettings.dat file with it's own; if you want brighter emergency lights you'd then go install Radiance, however when you do that you lose the changes from VisualV -- this file simply combines the edits both authors did into one file so you can benefit from both

The intensity of the lights is the exact same as Radiance

Pictures would still be a little bit better so we can actually see what they look like 

I understood what he does and I am grateful to share, but it would be necessary to include results before / after to understand and encourage the replacement by his file (even for the most lay people haha). Good job!  

are you gonna update..visualV  is at v1.0.5?

Does this contain the Bright or Very Bright visual settings from radiance?
