Features

These files will allow to use some of the EUP Outifts for your character but also for NPCs (ambient spawns and backup)

The files only cover the basics for now, so you'll the main agencies like LSPD, LSSD, SAHP, FIB, NOOSE, SASP, DOA, NYSP, SASPA and etc.
These configs doesn't includes RHPD, DPPD, BCSO and such, which means these configs only relies on EUP packs and nothing else. You don't need any particular car slots.
Although I am planning something else for the future, which will enhance your LSPDFR experience with more customisations, agencies, cars ans stations.

How to install:
Drag and frop the folder ''custom into: Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\data

Requirements

This mod is optimized to work with these vehicles pack.

Since EUP doesn't have it's own car pack to go with the uniforms yet, these files relies on different car pack made by the modding community, if you don't want to use these car slots and prefer either vanilla or custom setup, get the file without the addon vehicles. If you are car modder and you are interested in collaborating with other creators to make a Lore-friendly Car park tailored for EUP. Contact me on Discord.

Das kann Dir wirklich nicht passieren, wenn du alles richtig Installierst. Befolge die Installationsschritte in den Readmes.

Why are SAHP Officers together with LSPD in a car? And I dont like, that you have so much department, because the installation of the "new" cars like RHPD is a lot of work.

Hey everyone, I need a little help with the setup of the outfits.

Using the EUPMenu’s wardrobe section, I created custom uniforms and I want the officers in lspdfr to wear these outfits instead of the default ones.

I also use UltimateBackup and I got the backup peds to wear my outfits by editing the DefaultRegions.xml. However, the randomly spawning peds still wear the default uniforms and that bothers me.

While changing the outfits in UltimateBackup works somehow like

<ped ...... comp_example=“X” tex_example=“X” ......>mp_m_freemode_01<...... with “example” being shirt, pants, etc. and “X” being the number,

setting up the .xml files in the lspdfr -> data folder really drives me crazy...

My idea was to edit the agency.xml so that the peds in a specific region can only wear 2-3 outfits and I would define these outfits to look like my wardrobe outfits from EUPMenu, just like I did in the UltimateBackup DefaultRegions.xml

But how do I do that? Looking at the outfits.xml, I see stuff like <component> Id=“1” , etc... How can I save my custom outfits in there so I can make the random peds wear them?

    Thank you 🙂

Great question, I myself want to use my custom EUP configs with UB, but it's hell to reconfigure all the XML files for UB especially when they do not follow the same exact style of identifying props etc as EUP does..

UB is quite simple. There’s a really great tutorial video about that.

That’s how I did it and I think you can get the item/texture number from your wardrobe.ini file, or you just take the info from your in game EUPMenu like in the video.

This is a helpful video for sure, before I start doing this, I wanted to confirm if the comp, prop, texture IDs etc in the EUPFR Basic Configuration XML files for LSPDFR custom also corresponds to the UB one? for example, if I use texture=5 in the custom LSPDFR EUP config XML, would that also be 5 in the UB or do they identify them differently?

Just to be clearer, I do not use EUP menu, I am simply using the custom backup configs of this mod page which adds those custom XML files into the custom folder of LSPDFR so I am trying to get those XML files ported into UB.

I don’t know if the item/texture numbers are the same, but I guess choosing the item category works differently in UB, just as I mentioned in my initial post.

In the UB DefaultRegions.xml, there is no such thing as an “ID 1, 2, 3...“ etc. The items are defined by the tags behind the specific items, prop_glasses=„X“ would be glasses, comp_shirtoverlay=„X“ would be the top, etc.

That’s why I‘m struggling with the ID in the outfits.xml file. I don’t know what ID number corresponds with lets say comp_pants in UB. (Or all the other comp/prop tags...)

Hmm, yeah i figured so, I also reached out on their discord and they said there isn't any easy way to convert between the two...so that's a shame.

    Awesome! That’s exactly what I need! You’re a lifesaver!
Do the numbers correspond? For example, would the body armor #12345 in EUP Menu be Comp ID 9 #12345 as well?

EUP Menu and Ultimate backup correspond, the outfits.xml values are -1

Can anyone help me with why the pants on EUP peds won't change to the pants that I installed. I installed some BCSO uniforms, the EUP peds show up with the shirts and equipment I installed but not the pants, they're still the original BCSO pants. This happens no matter the clothing pack I install or use. Can anyone advise?

Why can't I find LSPDFR EUP config 1.0.3?

It was much better than this mod.

I no longer have RHPD and DPPD ... Do you know where I can find the old version?

I'm a bit confused. Does the file with the addon vehicles make them spawn ambiently? The majority of them are in the dispatchworks pack, which I've downloaded. The cars continue to be default.

Is anyone able to tell me what xml I need to edit to make these cars spawn ambiently and in custom regions, and how I might go about doing that? I already have them set up fine in UB.

this mod is completely buggy. Prefer the old version, it was much better in terms of uniforms.

The paramedics have parachutes, the RHPD cops have bugged uniforms. Frankly i would like to have the old version which was much better and above all more stable.
