Taxi Ad Fix for Radiance V 1.0.0

Thank you so much for this! I could not stand to suffer with this brightness.

May I ask, what exactly did you use to dim it without losing the color. If I just mask it with black at an opacity of 50 or 60 percent it works but it takes all the color away?

Also, I am sorry for making a big deal out of similar work by another user. I understand that sometimes work gets duplicated, but can still be original work. Thanks for  uploading this to the site.

can you test this with MVGA only ?

maybe see if you know how to fix this without modifying Headlights or Emergency lights ? ?

im using MVGA but not MVGA Visuals.dat or Graphics.ytd, they blind me too much and hopefully this can be fixed without modding the above ?

the vehicle im in is the Big Beer Truck, this is the only one i found that does this

 Can someone tell me what the "x64e.rpf" is? I've never seen this before and am confused on where I should go.

GTAV MODS x64.rpf ?   but is this path right? I don't find it or better never seen it, as if it had something before x64rpf , it possible help me ? @PDaniels
