Here is the Code3 H2 Covert Handheld Siren.   I was bored Christmas night and so I thought that GTA could use a new siren since I've noticed, there is no H2 Covert in Audio Downloads. Below I recorded the siren audio from my security squad in a tunnel to get that "in the city between buildings" reverb effect. I hope you enjoy and please let me know how you like.
