Whelen Epsilon Siren (5 Siren Tones) Normal + SirenMastery Versions Included! 3.1

Since no one has a solid answer, I'll help you guys out. 

Go to OpenIV and head to x64>audio>sfx>resident.rpf>vehicles.awc (right click on this and go to export to open format (.oac))

Save to your desktop

open up the vehicles folder and replace whatever folder you like

thanks for trying to help but im still lost.......do i just drag and drop orrrrr 

When I try it in game it doesn't make a sound just completely silence can you put in instructions how to do it on your next update or if not can you put on vehicle.oac and vehicles files on it

Would have been easier to just make them into a resident.rpf file
