An improved Enforcer with multiple generic liveries support, a secondary license plate (as law enforcement vehicle recognition), and ELS lights with Takedown or Steady-Burn feature.

Configuration follows the ELS v8.5 standards, and for the Takedowns or Steady-Burns to work, you will need ELS v8.5 here:

    Police Stockade that is modified to have ELS lights, multiple generic liveries support, and a secondary license plate (for vehicle recognition). Most of the times, this vehicle never be spawned in original game (except in IV missions like "Three Leaf Clover") unless you have the Native Trainer or using mods for car placement, such as this one: The mod's configuration follows the ELS IV v8.5 standards, so ELS IV v8.5 mod is required.
