This Hella RTK 3 Lightbar was Produced by the german Company Hella between 1978 and 1986. The Early RTK 3 had only one Siren, while S/L Version that introduced 1983 had City/Stadt and Land/Rural Siren Switch, that also included in the Successor Lightbars such as the Hella RTK 4,Hella RTK 5 and Hella RTK 6
