I have never, nor will I ever want to make money from vehicles I make. And the least someone could to do when using this is not to use it in a model that money will be gained from.

Okay, I dont wanna sound like a smart ass or anything, but why would we use this if we are gonna sell a car, then because we put this on we cant, why would we use it, when we can just find it ourselves? and just extract it from the game files and template it ourselves. When I tested it. Attaching the Puck to the body part will cause them to not have animation/rotation. It has been tested on 2 of my models. Also it's not LOD'ed

No. You can attach stuff to hoods/trunks. You just don't attach it to the puck. 

1.) Un-LOD the part.

2.) Attach the puck to the part.
3.) Reset to parent the part. 

4.) LOD

i used it on my project it works well you just need to find a good spot for it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
