LSPDFR Plugin idea

make a plugin similar to OJDOESIT (OJ Scenarios - search warrant)

but make it better, by using actual cop cars not a tactical vehicle
but for the search plugin be able to search any property around the
GTA V map, not just have it spawn in one location ie sandy shores

property and any vehicle they may have in their possesion.
