I just Use Spark IV

Where to inport the mod
1) open up Spark iv
2) click on the cdimages in \pc\models\cdimages
3) then click on the vehicle.img

extract the vehicle mod (the.wft and .wtd format ) on the vehicle.img click on the import - find the .wft and .wtd format when import click on the save, then you can enjoy you game

Do A backup
It's important create backups of your original files.
New files are in .wft and .wtd format. In our example, we suppose that new files will replace infernus.wft and infernus.wtd.
So scroll down until you find these names, select them (with left click) and click on "Export" button to backup them.

Yes, you can, it's called a signature, click on your profile>Edit My Profile> Signature, and put the image in there.
