I would have to go with a Chevy Suburban from Toronto. I love their simple red, white, and blue livery. This skin is also featured in Rookie Blue on their CVPIs.

Chevrolet Caprice PI, my local DPS Department actually just got two, I've seen them twice, I think if I ever see them again, I'll grab a pic, as well as my sheriff department also got a Dodge Durango and made it into a PI as well.

I gotta go with my local Sheriff's office CVPI. They have three different liveries, depending on the age of the vehicle (they've changed twice in the past 2-3 years).

The newest version is almost identical to the newer one, except the black is changed back to red for the "stripe thing." Can't find a picture of it right now.
