So has anyone seen a skin like this but a liberty or Alderney county. I have seen them for GTASA But noithing for GTA4. Also a Charger 2010 skin would be awesome

Bxbugs123 released a police vehicle pack for Gostown Paradise and the graphics were quite similar. Hopefully he doesn't mind me relinking it, since the page on GPM has since been messed up (or I'd send you there).

I made a Walking Dead CVPI skin some time ago, along with the light bar textures, using "CVPI_V5.8E-ELS." I think its a Bxbugs car, but I cant remember.

If I remember later, I can post screenshots of it if you want.

theres a sheriff uniform here or gta police mods that looks similar , I have them matter of fact

EVI had an unreleased CVPI with that lightbar (i think it was him) in the days of being Yakadafi, someone claimed it as there own, and posted it ( i didn't know about mod thievery at the time) i have the file if ya want it, just not the texture, i won't post it publicly though. i don't want any PM's about it either
