So i downloaded his DashCam and played with it for like 2 minutes then it crashed my game and said FATAL ERROR Please reinstall the game now.My dad is going to kill me if i don't get my game fixed.I don't know how to reinstall it please tell me any files to delete inorder to get rid of his DashCam.

Is the title really necessary? So, you downloaded a mod, and you're angry you didn't do it right -- and therefore fucked up your installation? Idiot. Personally I wouldn't give you any support due to your attitude.
When you download a mod, YOU ARE MODIFYING YOUR GAME. Not Sniper, you are making the decision to mess around with your game files. If it goes right, you'll get a super new mod. If it doesn't, generally because you haven't been able to follow simple instructions, that's YOUR FAULT.

If you're nice about it, generally people will help you to fix your problem. If you're an asshole about it, nobody will help.

Plus, you also failed to follow instructions in posting in the right forum section. Another derp I suppose.
