GTA IV Crash?

I just opened GTA IV like I do every time, but now it crashes after the loading screen...

 

I didn't change anything. I replaced my backup files into my GTA IV directory folder, but it still crashes..

 

What's going on here?

Then in that case, you need to delete you game save since it's now corrupt.
