vdh towing service/ vdh police helper.

I do not know how to make these work, I did everything it said, but it still doesnt work, any tips??

You are allowed to use any of my previous skins on your models as long as proper credits are given.

This rule also applies to textures that say not to do so.

Both files need to be to be in the Scripts folder, and you need to have TowingService 1.0.5 in order to disable the key bindings from TowService, and allow Police Helper to identify it and pick it up.

So basically put the towing service and police helper files in the scripts folder?

Does this then make the Towing Service another option on police helper?

Yes. When you have policehelper and tow script 1.0.5 installed you can call tow truck by policehelper device, not only by keybinding. You can also disable keybinding in tow script settings.
